What is my contention ratio?
Contention ratio basically means how many other people share the line with you between the office and the exchange? Many companies will only offer 50:1, this means at 4pm for example when the kids get home from school and start sharing videos and music on the line, they will be slowing down your broadband. Just so you know, our 8 meg broadband is 10:1, potentially 5 times quicker at busy periods of the day.

How long am I in a contract for?
We will not tie you into a contract if you don't want one, afterall, you might not want to be tied to one supplier forever and a day. We beleive that above all else, your package must be right for you!

What speed am I actually getting?
Many companies will sell you packages of up to 8 meg for example, but if you are 5 miles from the excahnge, you probably will only be able to get 1 meg at best.............. so why would you want to pay for more than you can get?
